A morning in the tractor....

Here are a few photos of the morning that i got to spend with my farmer....Usually Jaylon leaves at 6:40 am and i don't see him again all day until that evening at 6.  But today I got to spend the whole morning riding along in the tractor with him while he disked a corn field.  This isn't no ordinary tractor, it is a Very nice new John Deere tractor.   :)   And the awesome thing about it, is that Jaylon doesn't even have to drive the tractor because it runs on a GPS system...he just sits back and enjoys the ride.  But at the end of each row he has to turn the tractor around, but after that, the tractor does all the rest of the driving.  I had a Very fun morning with my farmer in the tractor  :)

                          After Jaylon finished disking the field, he had to attach the roller to the disk and disk the field a second time while this time pulling a roller behind the disk. 

                         Then we had to head to the shop, because a tire on the roller was flat...But Jaylon had it fixed in a hurry, and we were back out in the field in no time  :)

                       Then it started raining lol, its very unusual for it to rain this time of year in AZ



                                                                           

 

At around lunchtime Jaylon got a phone call from animal control...apparently our dog had tried to follow Jaylon to work this morning, and a border patrol found our dog along the highway and he called animal control to come pick up our dog..... So sadley I had to leave my farmer and head back to the house so i could be there when animal control arrived with our dog, Tex. 

   

 Tex is happy to be home...and hopefully he's learned his lesson lol  :)
