Weekend trip to Indiana and Kentucky

Hello Everyone!! The first week of December we took a quick weekend trip to Kentucky and Indiana. 

At the airport Friday morning waiting for our flight to leave..

After we arrived and we got our rental truck, we drove out to see my Grandparents in KY. Along the way I stopped and got a bouquet of flowers for Grandma, since it was her birthday.  

It was so good to see them again!  It had been almost 6 years since I had been to their house

Saturday Morning Grandma made us a yummy breakfast..

My uncle Billy stopped by to visit.  He had made Kyle a bow and arrows..

Then we drove over to my Great Grandma Smith's house to visit her..

Then we said goodbye, and drove off to Jeffersonville, IN

On Sunday we went to Cracker Barrel for lunch with family and then started getting ready for church. I forgot my hand mirror, so we had to improvise.... hahaha.  Jaylon get's the World's Best Husband award ;)

 

So glad my Grandparent's got to drive out to see us and go to church with us..

The service was so wonderful!  And it was extra special because Owen was dedicated :)

 Flying home early Monday morning...
